Processing & Dispatch

All Drip Days orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Where We Ship

We ship to all major centres and outlying areas across South Africa, as well as internationally to most countries worldwide.

South Africa — Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery takes 1–5 business days within South Africa depending on your location. Major centres typically arrive on the faster end of this window, while more remote areas may take a little longer.

South Africa — Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all South African orders over R1,200. Standard shipping fees apply to orders below this amount and will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies to South Africa only.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using FedEx International Priority. All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — meaning the price you pay at checkout covers everything: shipping, customs duties, and import taxes. There are no surprise charges at your door.

Estimated international delivery: 4–6 business days from dispatch.

International flat shipping rates (approximate currency conversions shown — checkout price is in ZAR):

• 0–0.5kg (e.g. one item): R580 (~$35 USD / €30 EUR / £27 GBP / A$50 AUD)
• 0.5–1kg: R720 (~$43 USD / €38 EUR / £33 GBP / A$62 AUD)
• 1–2kg: R950 (~$57 USD / €50 EUR / £43 GBP / A$82 AUD)

Currency conversions are approximate and based on current exchange rates. The exact rate will be applied at checkout.

International Returns

Due to the cost and complexity of international returns, we do not accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside South Africa. Please check sizing carefully before ordering — our size guide is available on every product page. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at thedripdays@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right.
