Because all our pieces are made in small batches (and in very limited quantities), we’re currently not able to offer returns or refunds for change of mind or sizing.

We know online shopping for minis can feel tricky, so please double-check our sizing before ordering. If you’re unsure, pop us a DM — we’re always happy to help you choose the right fit ✨

If Something Isn’t Right

If your order arrives faulty or incorrect (oh no!), please email us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos
• A short description of the issue

Once confirmed, we’ll happily arrange a replacement (if stock allows) or issue a store credit.

A Few Important Bits

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• We can’t accept returns for general wear and tear
• Sale items are final sale
