International Shipping — What You Need to Know

At DripDays Kids we ship worldwide via FedEx International Priority. Here's everything you need to know before placing an international order.

Duties & Taxes — No Surprises

All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means the shipping fee you pay at checkout covers everything — courier costs, import duties, and local taxes (such as VAT). Your parcel will be delivered directly to your door with no additional charges to pay on arrival.

We believe in complete price transparency. What you pay at checkout is the full landed cost of your order.

Shipping Rates

International shipping is charged at a flat rate of R580 per order, regardless of destination. This rate covers shipping, duties, and taxes for all countries in our Worldwide zone.

Delivery Times

International orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment being received. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the courier and cannot be guaranteed.

No International Returns

Please note: we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. Due to the cost and complexity of international shipping and customs, all international sales are final. We strongly encourage you to check our size guide carefully before ordering and to reach out to us at thedripdays@gmail.com if you have any questions about sizing or products before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged or if there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to make it right.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a FedEx tracking number via email. You can track your parcel at fedex.com.
